Frame or table ?

Miss, are we supposed to design the webpage in table or frame ?This is because from our marking scheme, i can see that 10 marks is for the frame designing. At the beginning, we plan to use table but now we changed to frame . I think that changing to frame designing is not as nice as table form . Please give some comment whether we need to design our webpage in table or (must in frame) to gain mark.

Running well

All contents were ready and we are designing it.
Hopefully by this week we manage to finish this webpage designing.
Once we finish it we will post it up on free domain side and demand some comments from you.

Our group has been formed today afternoon.
